Investor visa duration in Vietnam

Hi DMS Law firm in Vietnam! Can you advise me new regulations regarding visa duration for foreign investors in Vietnam ?

According to the new regulations in Clause 4 Article 1, Law No.51/2019/QH14 dated 25 November 2019, comes into effect from 01 July 2020:

Vietnam Investor visa duration

The duration for a ĐT1 or ĐT2 visa does not exceed 05 years.

The duration for a ĐT3 visa does not exceed 03 years.

The duration for a ĐT4 visa does not exceed 12 months.
