Competent agencies in Vietnam for authentication of foreign papers, documents ?

Hi DMS Law office in Vietnam! Could you advise me about where to authenticate papers, documents issued by competent foreign agencies such as foreign passports, driving licenses or other personal identification documents ?

Justice offices of provincial-affiliated districts and cities have authorities and responsibilities:

To authenticate true copies from original of papers, documents issued or certified by foreign competent agencies (Point a Clause 1 Article 5 Decree No. 23/2015/ND-CP dated 16 February 2015).

Notaries have authorities and responsibilities:

To authenticate true copies from original of papers, documents issued or certified by foreign competent agencies (Clause 4 Article 5 Decree No.23/2015/ND-CP dated 16 February 2015).

Therefore, foreign entities may carry out authentication of true copies of papers, documents issued or certified by competent foreign agencies at Justice offices of provincial-affiliated districts and cities or at Notaries Public in Vietnam.
