I am a foreigner. I and my friends intend to set up a 100% foreign owned company in Vietnam ? Lawyers in Danang, Vietnam advise about the meaning of “foreign investor” in Vietnamese laws ? what are the differences between “investment capital” and “charter capital” ?

Foreign Investors, Charter Capital, Investment Capital in Vietnam ?
Foreign investor means any individual with a foreign nationality or organization established in accordance with foreign law conducting business investment activities in Vietnam.
Investment capital means money and other assets in order to conduct business investment activities (Article 3, Law on Investment No. 67/2014/QH13, dated November 26, 2014).
Charter capital means the total value of assets contributed or undertaken to be contributed by members when establishing a limited liability company or partnership; or means the total aggregate par value of shares sold or registered for subscription when establishing an enterprise in the case of a shareholding company (Article 3, Law on Enterprises No. 68/2014/QH13, dated November 26, 2014)./.
