This Law contains new provisions, such as:
Add some businesss lines which are prohibited;
Add some objects which are entitled to investment incentives in Vietnam;
Add some business lines which are entitled to investment incentives for new investment projects in Vietnam;
Reduce business lines that subject to conventional investment prescribed in the Law No. 03/2016/QH14 dated November 22, 2016 and many other new provisions.
