Scope of operations

DMS Law firm in Vietnam:

Lawyer participates legal proceedings as attorney or defender for a person who is held in custody, temporarily detained, accused, or is defendant in a crime case in Vietnam.

Lawyers participate legal proceedings as legal representative or defender for a person who is a claimant, defendant or persons with interests and obligations related in civil cases, marriage and family cases, commercial cases, labour disputes, administrative cases, etc in Vietnam.

Lawyer acts as representative on behalf of clients to perform non-proceedings cases which relate to laws and regulations of Vietnam.

Lawyer performs other legal services in Vietnam pursuant to the Law on Lawyers in Vietnam No 65/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006 and Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on lawyers in Vietnam No 20/2012/QH13 dated November 20, 2012.
