Recruit and use labor in Vietnam ?
Hi DMS Attorney in VIetnam! We are planning to set up a company in Vietnam. Can you advise me if a 100% foreign invested company in Vietnam can recruit staffs in Vietnam and is protected by Vietnam’s labor law ?

Vietnamese enterprise means an enterprise established or registered for establishment in accordance with the law of Vietnam and having its head office in Vietnam (Clause 9 Article 4 Law on Enterprises No. 68/2014/QH13 dated 11/ 26/2014);
Therefore, a 100% foreign invested enterprise in Vietnam is a Vietnamese enterprise, so it is eligible to directly recruit staffs, workers in Vietnam as other Vietnamese enterprises.
Procedures for recruitment and use of labor shall be implemented in accordance with the Labor Code.
