Hi DMS Attorney in Vietnam! Could you advise me about how to register a single LLC, owned by a foreigner in Vietnam ?
Hi!
Procedure for registration of a single LLC, owned by a foreigner in Vietnam:
Application for enterprise registration;
Charter of the company;
Copy of passport or other lawful personal identification of the individual member;
Certificate of investment registration applicable to a foreign investor as stipulated in the Law on Investment (Article 22 Law on Enterprises No.68/2014/QH13 dated 11/26/2014).
