Hi DMS Lawyer in Vietnam! Can you advise me about procedures to incorporate a single member LLC, owned by a foreign organization in Vietnam ?
Hi!
Procedure for incorporation of a single LLC, owned by a foreign organization:
Application for enterprise registration;
Charter of the company;
Copy of the following documents:
Certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association or other equivalent document of the foreign investor being an organization and power of attorney; passport or other lawful personal identification of the authorized representative of the member being an organization; Certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association or equivalent document must be legalized at Consulate.
Investment Registration Certificate as stipulated in the Law on Investment (Article 22 Law on Enterprises No.68/2014/QH13 dated 11/26/2014).
