Aquatic exploitation

ACIA: investors will not be licensed for freshwater fishing, coastal fishing, coral and natural pearl exploiting.

BIT Vietnam - Japan: not allowed for fishing in the territorial sea, internal water, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.

Vietnamese laws do not prescribe investment conditions for foreign investors.
