Conditions applied to organizations or individuals conducting real estate trading:
An organization or individual wish to conduct real estate trading must set up an enterprise or a cooperative and have legal capital not smaller than VND 20 billion, excluding cases prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article.
An organization, a household or an individual who sells, transfers, lease, lease purchase property on small-scale, irregular transactions shall not be required to set up an enterprise but they must declare and pay tax as prescribed by law (Article 10 Law on Real Estate Trading No. 66/2014/QH13 dated 11/25/2014)./.
