Some Model Construction Contracts in Vietnam:

Construction consulting contract ( shortened form: consulting contract) is a type of contract for performance of part or whole of the consulting task in activities of investment and construction  (Point a Clause 1 Article 3 Decree No. 37/2015/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2015). The model consulting contract is enclosed in Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BXD dated March 10, 2016 by the Ministry of Construction, providing guidance on a number of terms of construction consulting contracts.

Work construction contract (shortened form: construction contract) is a type of contract for the performance of construction of the works, work items or part of construction work by design; General construction contract is a type of contract for the performance of all of the works of an investment project (Point b Clause 1 Article3 Decree No. 37/2015/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2015). Model Work Construction Contract is enclosed in 09/2016/TT-BXD dated March 10, 2016 by the Ministry of Construction, providing guidance on construction contracts.

Engineering,  Procurement  and Construction contracts (shortened form: EPC contracts) are contracts for performance of works  from designing, providing technological equipment to construction of the works, works items; General EPC contracts are contracts for designing, providing technological equipment and implementing construction of all works of  a construction investment project. Model EPC contract is enclosed in Circular No. 30/2016/TT-BXD dated December  30, 2016 by the Ministry of Construction, providing guidelines on EPC contracts.
