Hi DMS Lawyer in Vietnam! I and my friends intend to start a multi-member LLC in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Could you advise me about procedure for incorporation of a multi-member LLC, owned by three individuals ? Thank you!

Procedure for registration of a multi-member LLC, owned by individuals:
Application for enterprise registration;
Charter of the company;
List of members;
Copy of passport or other lawful personal identification of individual members;
Investment Registration Certificate applicable to foreign investors as stipulated in the Law on Investment (Article 22 Law on Enterprises No.68/2014/QH13 dated 11/26/2014).
