Hi DMS Lawyer in Vietnam! Could you advise me about how to establish a joint-company in Vietnam ? If an organization may appoint multiple authorized representatives to exercise the rights and perform the obligations of a shareholder ?

Authorized representatives of shareholders being organizations:

The authorized representative of a shareholder being an organization must be an individual authorized in writing to exercise the rights and perform the obligations stipulated in this Law in the name of such shareholder.

An organization being a shareholder in a joint-stock company, holding at least ten percent of total ordinary shares may authorize up to three representatives (Article 15 Law on Enterprises No.68/2014/QH13 dated 11/26/2014).
