Investment registration certificate in Vietnam:

To set up a 100% FDI company in Vietnam, you are required to have an investment project and apply for Investment Registration Certificate. 

Enterprise registration certificate in Vietnam

After receiving Investment Registration Certificate, you need to apply for Enterprise Registration Certificate to set up a wholly foreign owned company in Vietnam. 

Business lines in Vietnam

Business lines of a 100% FDI company in Vietnam are those included in the Vietnam’s WTO Commitments on Services, not subject to restriction on investment and allowed by the Government to investment in the form of a 100% FDI company in Vietnam.
