Procedures for change of authorized representative’s information:

Change of authorized representative’s information of shareholders being a foreign organization: Download

Change of authorized representative’s information of owner of a single member LLC: Download

An unlisted shareholding company must provide a notice to the business registration office in the locality where the company has its head office no later than three days after it obtains or changes the following information: full name, nationality, passport number, permanent  residential address, number of shares and classes of shares in respect of a shareholder being a foreign individual; name, enterprise code number, head office address, number of shares and classes of shares and full name, nationality, passport number and permanent residential address of the authorized representative in respect of a shareholder being a foreign organization (Clause 3 Article 171 Law on Enterprises No. 68/2014/QH13).

Within 10 working days from the day on which information about authorized representative of the owner of a single-member limited liability company is changed, the company shall send a notification to Business Registration Office of the province where its headquarters is situated (Clauses 2, 5 Article 54 Decree No. 78/2015/NĐ-CP dated 09/14/2015).
