Any houses, buildings for lease purchase must meet requirements in terms of quality, safety, environmental hygiene and other necessary services for proper use according to utilities, design and agreement specified in the contract.
The lease purchase must be associated with the land use rights.
Contracting parties in a lease purchase contract of houses, buildings may reach an agreement on shortening the duration of the lease purchase ahead of schedule mentioned in the signed contract (Article 31 Law on Real Estate Trading No. 66/2014/QH13 dated 11/25/2014)./.
