Manufacture and Sale of goods in Vietnam:
The Schedule of Specific Commitments in Services between Vietnam and WTO is only applicable to services and does not apply to manufacture.
Foreign investors are not allowed to conduct investment activities in industries and trades in which business investment is prohibited, restricted in Vietnam (Article 6 Law on Investment No. 67/2014/QH13 dated November 26, 2014).
