Hi DMS Law office in Vietnam! Can you advise me about the legal status of a branch, a representative office ?

Legal status of a branch and/or a representative office:
A branch, representative office is an independent unit other than a juridical person.
A branch shall perform all or part of the functions of the juridical person
A representative office shall perform its representative duties within the scope authorized by the juridical person, and for the juridical person's interests.
The establishment or termination of a branch or a representative office of a juridical person must be registered as prescribed by law and publicly announced.
The head of each branch or representative office shall perform his/her duties as authorized by the juridical person within the authorized scope and for the authorized duration.
A juridical person shall have civil rights and obligations arising from civil transactions established and performed by its representative offices, branches (Article 84 The Civil Code No. 91/2015/QH13 dated November 24, 2015).
