In an unlisted shareholding company, owned by 03 individuals or more: Download

In an unlisted shareholding company, owned by 01 organization (or more) and two individuals (or more): Download

The notification must be enclosed with the decision and legitimate copy of the minutes of meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders on changes of foreign shareholders; a list of foreign shareholders after the change; shares transfer contract or documents proving completion of transfer; legitimate copy of the decision on establishment or an equivalent document; legitimate copies of any personal identification papers mentioned in Article 10 of this Decree of authorized representatives of transferee shareholders being organizations and corresponding letters of attorneys; legitimate copies of ID papers or passports or other personal identification papers mentioned in Article 10 of this Decree of transferee shareholders being individuals; a written approval for capital contribution, purchase of shares/stakes by foreign investors issued by Department of Planning and Investment according to the Law on Investment (Point d Clause 1 Article 52 Decree No. 78/2015/NĐ-CP dated 9/14/2015).
