Within 05 working days from the issuance date of the decision on private placement of shares, the joint-stock company shall send a notification to Business Registration Office of the province where its headquarters is situated according to Article 123 of the Law on Enterprises (Clause 3 Article 54 Decree No. 78/2015/NĐ-CP dated 9/14/2015).
