Template for Certification of Capital Contribution

In case of admission of new members, a Certification of capital contribution of the new members shall be enclosed to the Notification sent to the business registration office of the province where the company’s head office is situated (Clause 1 Article 45 Decree No. 78/2015/NĐ-CP dated 9/14/2015)
