How to prove language ability for Vietnamese naturalization ?

Hi DMS Law firm in Vietnam! I am an expat in Vietnam. I want to apply for Vietnamese naturalization. I can understand basic Vietnamese. Could you advise me how can I prove that I have the requisite language ability for Vietnamese naturalization ?

Documents proving Vietnamese language proficiency level of the applicant for Vietnamese nationality:

Copies of diplomas, certificates to prove the person has studied in Vietnamese in Vietnam, for example: copies of doctoral degree, master degree, bachelor’s degree, university graduate degree or college graduate diploma, certificate of vocational education, certificate of professional education, senior high school diploma or junior high school diploma in Vietnam; copies of Vietnamese proficiency test certificate.

In case the applicant for Vietnamese nationality does not have any documents proving Vietnamese proficiency, the Department of Justice shall examine, interview the applicant to assess the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of that person to ensure satisfying provisions in Clause 1 Article 7 of this Decree (Article 10 Decree No. 16/2020/NĐ-CP dated 03 February 2020 detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Vietnamese Nationality).
