Hi DMS Law firm in Vietnam ! My overseas company is considering to set up a foreign invested company in Vietnam in the form of a joint venture with a Vietnamese corporate entity or individual. In order to operate investment in Vietnam, the foreign investor must have an investment project and apply for a Certificate of investment registration and satisfy the conditions mentioned in the Law on Investment No. 67/2014/QH13 dated November 26, 2014 (Article 22).
