Public announcement of enterprise registration information

Good moring DMS Lawyers in Vietnam! Could you advise if a company must make a public announcement about its registration information ? is there a time limit for such announcement ? Thank you!

Upon issuance of an enterprise registration certificate, the enterprise must make a public announcement on the National Enterprise Registration Information Portal and must pay fees in accordance with regulations. The announcement shall contain content of the enterprise registration certificate and the following information:

Business lines;

A list of founding shareholders and shareholders being foreign investors in the case of a shareholding company.

Where any content of enterprise registration is changed, such change must be publicly announced on the National Enterprise Registration Information Portal within the time-limit stipulated in Clause 3 of this Article.

The time-limit for public announcement of information about an enterprise as stipulated in clauses 1 and 2 of this article is thirty (30) days from the day on which it is disclosed (Article 33 Law on Enterprises No. 68/2014/QH13 dated 26/11/2014).
